Product FAQ

No not at this time. What is in stock is what we currently offer. In order for our customers to receive their items quickly we are not able to take requests for items not currently in our stock. We may consider this for the future but not at this time.
We do not offer custom items other than monograming at this time. However you may request an item from our distribution retailer, Mums and Kisses. At times Mums and Kisses maybe able to accommodate you on some items depending on their custom mum orders and work load. You may request from them via phone at 817-518-9000 or on their website mumsandkisses.com
Our stock IS limited. We only make a certain amount per year. Once we sell out, it's usually gone for the year. At times we are able to replenish in small quantities but this is not guaranteed. We are working to make more products to add to our stock in the off season but at times we are unable to keep up with the popular demand. Since most of our items are uniquely made by some of the best Mums Makers in the state, we are limited on the amount we can carry. If you see an item you like it's best to purchase quickly and not risk the item going out of stock for the year.
Yes! Above what we have in stock we accept bulk orders during the off season from November - July. Please see our "buy in Bulk" page for more information on whom we sell in bulk to.
No. Because of the seasonal nature of our business we never backorder an item.
Some of our items are available at our retail partner, Mums and Kisses, who carries a lot of our products in their boutique. Please see the Mums and Kisses location for more details, hours etc.
Mainly for the shipping. Some items we sell are low price and we don't want our customers to spend more for standard ground shipping than they do for one of our products. Also we have to pay minimums to our vendors as well and can not buy one item at a time, we must buy in bulk to pass those savings on to our customers.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

Normally a total of 1-3 days. We need 1 business day for processing, 2 business day ground shipping (in Texas) We also offer As quick as you determine. We offer overnight shipping. We're very proud as a craft manufacturer to be able to service our customers faster than ever before!
Nope. All of our products as priced before tax and before shipping fees. We do not have rush fees on our products. If you'd like your shipping expedited then your shipping fees of course will be the price the carrier charges.
Yes we do! We ship our products internationally using DHL and other carriers. We will charge a VAT tax as is charged to us with no other fees.
To save time, we will encourage you to contact the carrier FIRST. You as the customer will be able to do a lot more than we can as the shipper. We may be able to assist you if the carrier is unreachable. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping and will not replace them. Both you as the customer and us as the shipper trust that the carrier will not damage a package, if this does happen we are both at the mercy of the carrier. Claims should be filed with the carrier themselves. They will refund you as the customer.
We ship for this sole goal. We want your item(s) to make it to you in time. We know our items are time sensitive. However, with that being said, we have no control over the carrier. If we ship 2 days before your requested delivery date, we expect the carrier to get it to you in time. If they do not, we are not liable and will not refund. Like anything else ordered online, we can not guarentee the item when it is out of our hands. To help you feel more comfortable, in all the years we have been shipping mums and supplies this has only happened ONCE. If you are rushing an item to you, you do risk the chance that the carrier will fail both you the customer and us. We work late ours to make sure you have our items in time and want you have them when you need them. It is a slap in our face as well when we've worked so hard for you to have our item not to received in time.
First check your account to see the status of your order. Your order will be shipped same day if before Noon CST. If it is after 12pm CST it will ship next day. Please track your item via the tracking number provided. If your item has not been received by 8pm on the date expected please first contact the carrier.
